The 30^th ITS World Congress (hereinafter referred to as “World Congress”) will be hold on 16-20 September 2024 in Dubai with the theme of “Mobility Driven by ITS”. The ITS World Congress will be lasted for five days, including sessions, exhibition, demonstration, technical Visits, and social events.

      Now, the 2024 ITS World Congress is calling for exhibitors and papers!

【1】 Exhibition and Demonstration

Exhibition Floor Plan : 15000 square meters.

Demonstration: It will showcase the latest technologies for Urban Mobility, Innovation in Mobility & Logistics, Clean Mobility, Automated Mobility in the real enviroment.

【2】 Paper Submission

The members who are interested in submitting papers to the ITS World Congress can directly visit the official website of World  Congress to make submissions. Currently, the deadline for submitting the draft paper is December 15, 2023.

The key dates of paper submitting are as follows:

l Draft paper submission deadline: December 15, 2023,

l Paper reviewing to be completed: the end of February 2023

l Paper acceptance notification: April 2023

l Final paper submission and early bird registration deadline: the end of June 2023
